Farm machinery is kept for twenty to forty years. The plastic on it is not.

A tractor bought in the nineties is still earning its keep on most farms round here, and the steel in it will outlast all of us. The plastic will not. Knobs, louvres, clips, handles and guards go brittle in cab heat and sunlight, and by the time they fail the manufacturer stopped listing them a decade ago. We measure the broken one and make another. Bring it to the unit on the Atlantic Highway, or send a photograph with a ruler in frame.
