Farm machinery, boats, caravans and vintage tractors outlive their plastic by decades. We measure the broken piece, model it properly, and print it in a material that will last longer than the original did. Bring it to the unit, or send a photograph with a ruler in frame.

Send a photo, or bring it in
A phone photograph with something for scale — a ruler, a coin, your hand — is usually enough to quote from. Or bring the broken part to the unit on the Atlantic Highway and we will measure it while you wait.
We model it properly
Not a scan of a broken shape. We measure the original, work out what it was before it failed, and often strengthen the point that let go. Where the original was the wrong material for the job, we say so and use the right one.
Printed in the right material
ASA for anything that lives outdoors. PETG for anything wet. Never PLA for something that will see sun or load. The material is chosen for where the part lives, not for what is on the shelf.
Collect it or we post it
Most parts are ready in two to five working days. Collect from Bude, or we post anywhere in the South West. If it does not fit, tell us — we adjust the model and print it again at no charge.
Free with our RTK corrections.
We run a free centimetre-accuracy GNSS base station at Bude. If you connect a tractor to it, we will print you the bracket to mount the antenna properly.

Most plastic parts on machinery were moulded in whatever was cheapest, and then spent fifteen years in sunlight. Sun and water are the two things that kill plastic, and they want different answers.
ASA
UV-stable. For anything that lives outdoors or in a window.
PETG
Hydrophobic and tough. For anything wet, submerged, or indoors under load.
PLA
Indoor, low-load, dimensionally precise. Never outdoors.
TPU
Flexible. For caps, seals and anything that has to stretch over something.
Four things we say no to, every time.
We carry product liability insurance and we intend to keep it. These are not negotiable, and we would rather tell you now than after you have driven over.
No. 1
Anything where failure means injury
PTO guards, braking, steering, hitch and drawbar components, anything in a drive line, anything a person's weight goes on. These are safety-critical and must be genuine or properly engineered. We will not print them, and we will say so plainly when that is what you have asked for.
No. 2
Anything that touches food
Printed parts have layer lines that cannot be properly cleaned. No feeders, scoops that contact feed, honey-path parts, or anything for a kitchen or dairy.
No. 3
Lenses, lamps and electrical parts
We make housings, brackets and cover flaps. The lens, the lamp unit, the inlet and the lock barrel must be the proper certified item, fitted inside what we make.
No. 4
Manufacturer badges and trademarks
We reproduce parts functionally. We do not copy logos, badges or markings, on vintage machines or anything else.
The things people ask first.
How much does it cost?
Most parts are between £3 and £25. Simple knobs and caps at the bottom of that range, larger housings and bezels at the top. We quote from the photograph before doing anything, and the quote is the price.
How long does it take?
Two to five working days for most parts once we have the original or a good photograph. Batches for holiday parks and yards take a little longer.
What if you have never seen the part before?
That is most of them. Send the photo. If the make and model are unknown, the photograph usually tells us what it is and what it fits.
Will it last as long as the original?
Usually longer, because the original was often the wrong material — moulded in a cheap plastic that was never meant to spend fifteen years in sunlight. We print outdoor parts in ASA, which was developed for exactly that.
Do you do batches?
Yes. A park with forty caravans of the same age needs forty of the same catch. Batch pricing is lower per part.
Can you make something that has never existed?
Yes — brackets, mounts, adapters, jigs and fixtures for a process that has none. That is a design job rather than a reproduction, and we quote it as one.
